David Wesdijk
After starting Māia Insurance in 2021, David spent several years building a platform for the insurance market with his own team. The aim was to develop as much as possible in-house. In practice, he saw how organizations sometimes need to move faster than their planning allows, or temporarily lack specialist expertise.
This led to the idea for Composable Collective: flexible senior Novulo expertise that organizations can bring in when they need it.
After leaving Māia Insurance in 2026, David founded Composable Collective. Today, he works alongside other independent senior consultants and developers in the collective to help our clients with their Novulo challenges.
